Hyperscale Group – 5th Anniversary
Just a short note on our 5th Anniversary and a huge thank you to our clients, people and the other contacts we regularly work with.
It has been a phenomenal journey, most of our work is confidential but we have worked for professional services firms, in house teams, procurement teams, litigation funders, entrepreneurs, software vendors, strategic consultancies and private equity houses on what must be some of the most exciting projects and implementations in the marketplace. We have worked for clients in over 23 countries with turnovers ranging from £500k to £50bn. A fantastic 5 years where Covid seems to have accelerated everything. We have come out of lockdown stronger with a real hunger and sense of purpose for the future.
There are far too many things to mention but particular highlights for us include:
Our increase in work from corporates on new initiatives, market changing projects and CLM. Some of the savings are huge.
The uptick in retained advisory and other work from our law firm clients who are now trying to find new ways of working. This has been hugely rewarding as we have really been able to make a difference. Working in partnership with clients like this is phenomenal and we seem to have developed a model which works for both SME firms as well as some of the biggest firms in the world.
Our work on law firm tenders and improving the way services are delivered – the change in the marketplace is accelerating.
Our increased collaboration with our partners and ALSPS.
The increase in work we are doing with start-up law firms. You know who you are - this is hugely exciting and there are many great businesses emerging.
The continued success of www.intuityalliance.com.
The continuing success of www.theprofessionalalternative.com with Sarah-Katherine Bagshaw and Steve Parrott – we are told we are one of the fastest growing start ups in legal as it is hitting a real need.
My NED role with www.fliplet.com. A great business with phenomenal people.
My advisory board role on The Institute for Global Innovation Advisory Board - University of Birmingham which has been brilliant. Solving the world’s biggest problems is a fairly ambitious target but we are making an impact.
Our continued support for The Joshua Foundation – Transforming Communities
Some of the interactions we have had following pieces we have written such as:
The things our clients have been able to achieve are amazing. In recent times we have had a lot of great feedback. It really does make a difference to both me and the team and reminds us about what we are here to do: Our mission is to help people make the right things happen.
A huge thank you to our clients, contacts and partners and also to our phenomenal team who make everything possible. We are going to make sure the next 5 years are even better.
